ABI Group Visit

The recycling team from the Abigroup building company took time from their busy schedule, building the new Queensland Children’s Hospital, to speak to us about the importance of sustainability. They told us about all the important work they do onsite to recycle … well, everything! Everything from water to concrete to plastic wires are recycled on their worksite. We talked about all the things that can be recycled and how. We also learnt about the new technology that is currently being researched and developed to change food scraps found in landfill into energy and electricity.
